Principles of Warehousing & Storage NCFE/CACHE Level 2 Certificate

This distance learning course will enable you to gain additional skills and a qualification without disrupting your day-to-day life. You will have access to specialist support from dedicated tutors throughout the programme.

Course content

This qualification is designed to allow you to enter and/or progress from entry roles in the Warehousing and Storage industries. You will develop the underpinning knowledge necessary to support your role within the sector. 
The units you will study are: 
1. Introduction to warehousing and storage 
2. Understand how to receive and store goods 
3. Understand how to process orders and prepare them for dispatch 
4. Understand how to check stock and update records 
5. Customer service in warehousing and storage

Assessment methods

You will be provided with a resource pack with assessment booklets to complete. There is also an option to study this course online via our bespoke e-learning portal.

Qualifications

NCFE Level 2 Certificate Principles of Warehousing and Storage

Additional information

Please note that an administration charge of £100 will be charged if learners do not complete the course within the allocated 16 weeks.
