Resort Representatives NCFE Level 2 Certificate (Cancelled)

Have you just returned from a holiday where you thought the Resort Representative’s job role was for you? This course will give you an insight into being a Resort Rep whilst also providing a sound foundation for those considering a career in the travel and tourism industry On successful completion an interview with Thomas Cook tour operators will be offered (subject to meeting minimum criteria)

Entry requirements

No formal qualifications are required although Level 2 English & Maths is required for the job! Entry is subject to a successful interview and demonstration of a genuine interest in the travel industry.

Course content

A sound foundation of knowledge for those considering a career in the travel industry or for those already working in the sector will further broaden their work knowledge. 

You will study:

  • Employment opportunities
  • Pre-season preparation
  • Airport and Transfer duties
  • In-resort duties
  • Resort administration
  • The role of the entertainment rep

Assessment methods

Continuous assessment as you progress through the course.
