Microsoft Excel: What If Analysis

This course is suitable for users with existing knowledge of Microsoft Excel who want to build upon their skills.

Entry requirements

Delegates should have a working knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Excel.

Course content

The course is designed to give a solid understanding of more advanced tools and features in order to increase knowledge and productivity by using What If Analysis to control, manage and analyse your data more effectively.

Units include:

  • Using Absolute Cell References
  • Goal Seek
  • Data Tables
  • Conditional Formatting
  • Scenario Manager
  • Using Solver

Assessment methods

No assessments or exams. Delegates will receive a Bedford College course completion certificate.

This course will be delivered using Microsoft Office 2010 and will also be suitable for users of Microsoft Office 2007. If you are using Microsoft Office 2003 or any other version, please contact us to discuss further.
