ITIL Foundation V4

Classroom lead, intensive ITIL Foundation course focusing on the IT Service Management (ITSM) aspect of providing and supporting information technology based services. This course will deliver the fundamentals of IT service management.

Entry requirements

There are no qualifications required  to undertake this course, however it is desirable that candidates have one years’ experience working in an IT Role.

You will study the following on the course:

  • Information Technology Service Management Fundamentals
  • Service organisations, offerings and relationships
  • The Four Dimensions of Service Management
  • Service Value Systems
  • The Seven Guiding Principles
  • Service Value Chain
  • Continual Improvement
  • Management Practices: General, Service and Technical

Assessment methods

Exam based assessment at the end of the course.
