Principles Of Cyber Security NCFE Level 2 Certificate

This qualification will provide learners with sector awareness. It will do this by introducing the knowledge and understanding in roles and issues relating to Cyber Security.

Course content

You will study:

  1. Introduction to cyber security
  2. Understand terminology used in cyber security
  3. Understand legal and ethical aspects of cyber security
  4. Understand common threats to cyber security
  5. Understand methods of maintaining cyber security
  6. Working with others in cyber security

Assessment methods

Assignments (paper based or online)

Qualifications

You will gain:

NCFE LEVEL 2 CERTIFICATE IN THE PRINCIPLES OF CYBER SECURITY

Course progression:

There are several next steps that you can take. You can go on to study another Level 2 distance learning course or a Level 3 one. Alternatively, you could enrol on to our Access to Higher Education course or other further education courses (subject to entry requirements).
