Being assertive should never be underestimated, as it is needed to be successful in many daily undertakings. The ability to be assertive is a skill that can be learned, and this course will give you the confidence to become more assertive in all aspects of your job role. During the course you will discover for yourself how to communicate assertively through practical training.

During the course you will learn:

  • What assertiveness actually is
  • How to communicate assertively
  • How to disagree, criticise, praise, request and how to say no.
