How it works

We will work closely with you to identify the critical skills you need to help your business succeed.

We will then work with Jobcentre Plus and other relevant agencies to identify potential employees and conduct initial skill diagnostics.

We will deliver a fully funded short training programme to potential employees that focus on the critical skills they need to enter employment in your sector. We will also support this training with the development of softer skills such as team working and self-confidence, as well as numeracy and literacy.
