Tap Dance: Improvers

This short course is designed to provide a fun and satisfying way to improve muscle tone, flexibility and co-ordination as well as learning the basics of tap dance technique. The course is an excellent way to keep fit whilst learning the basics of tap dancing.

“The College was offering a great sounding course, which wasn’t too expensive and was easily accessible being in the centre of Bedford. I was new to the area and looking for an evening class to meet new people, have fun and learn something new. The tap course sounded perfect!”
