In recent years students have represented the College at the
World Culinary Olympics in Germany, winning Silver and Bronze
medals.
In the last two years, our students have won over 35 awards in
the Welsh Open, the South of England Championships and the British
Open, where our students won a haul of medals including four
certificates of merit and a junior hygiene award.
We are proud that many of our students also go straight into
employment in the airline, hotel and catering industries
