The
hospitality and catering industry is a young and vibrant sector.
There is lots of night and weekend work, so you will need to be
dedicated, enthusiastic and full of energy, but you will also
benefit from the added flexibility that working shifts can provide.
This is one of the biggest industries in the country, spanning
restaurants, hotels, cafés, bars, and other catering providers.
Public services, large companies and department stores all need
canteens and catering staff, too.
