to start a career in either child care or catering. I knew that
Bedford College was local to me and that they offered courses in
both but eventually the facilities in the College’s restaurant
Skyline helped me to decide on catering.”

me to work alongside studying the course is great and is very
different to my work, as I’m learning the theory behind what I do
on a day-to-day basis. I plan to hopefully move onto the Level 3

decided to come to Bedford College to enrol onto a professional
cookery course. I started at Level 1 and have worked all the way up
to Level 3 and next year I plan to study even more by moving onto
