Introduction
Whether you are visiting England or are
planning an extended stay, Bedford College can offer you a variety
of valuable opportunities to improve your English.
If you are an international student visiting
England, our English as a Foreign Language (EFL) qualifications you
can develop your listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
and extend your knowledge of English grammar and vocabulary. When
you have reached the required level, you can take one of the
Cambridge ESOL examinations. Our commitment to preparing you for
formal English language exams means we also offer a five week exam
preparation course for the International English Language Testing
System (IELTS).
If you are a resident in England but English
is not your first language, we can offer you the opportunity to
develop your language skills at the same time as you familiarise
yourself with everyday essentials ready for either the driving test
or the online citizenship test.
