Jessica Dell

Jessica, Business Administration Advanced Diploma

“I had already worked in administration and decided to develop my skills by studying on the Advanced Diploma in Business Admin. I have found College much more enjoyable than being at school, there are loads of extra curriculum activities available to students.”

“I’m on the student council and also editor of the student magazine, the College listens to our views and I feel as though the students benefit from telling the College how we feel.”

“The support students receive from the Student Services team is excellent and they have inspired me to pursue a career in education – helping to support other students.”

Shereen Hutchinson

Shereen, Business HND

“I finished school at 16 and went straight into work at a market research company, after a few years I knew that this wasn’t what I wanted to specialise in for the rest of my career. I decided to enrol on the higher level Business course as I thought it would be a great opportunity to improve my skills and get a qualification which will look great on my CV.”

“I love that the College allows us to be independent and have our own views but gives us all the support we need. The course I’m studying is great as it has let me sample loads of different areas of the business world and I now know that I would love to move into business management or human resources.”

John McCrorie

John, AAT Diploma in Accounting

“Studying accountancy at Bedford College has been a progressive journey, continuing the studies of my youth and taking it to new heights. Having had an engineering / accountancy background from my earlier years of study and work, Bedford College gave me a great opportunity to take it a step further.”

“I studied the AAT course and found it to be of great benefit, from the assistance given by course tutors to that of student services. Now that I have achieved the AAT at Diploma level I am planning on applying to university to continue my studies, eventually leading to me to start my own practise.”
