Moodle
Moodle is our Virtual Learning Environment (VLE). This is
an online learning tool which gives you access to course
information and enables you to communicate with your tutors and
other students. It also provides access to resources to support
your learning.
You can use Moodle to find out about your course syllabus,
course notes, handouts and assessments. You can
also access a number of discussion boards and chat rooms
through the system.

Learning Resources Centre
The newly refurbished LRC provides you with different learning
zones for different types of study. There is a quiet zone for when
you need to concentrate and study alone and group study zones for
when you are working on team projects. The LRC includes over 30,000
items such as books, DVDs and journals as well as a wide variety of
e-books and e-resources. We also provide access to computers
including PCs, Macs and netbooks, and free WiFi whenever the LRC is
open. Out of hours, you can access our online library services
remotely 24 hours a day, seven days a week through Moodle, our
student intranet. We provide photocopying and scanning facilities,
and our staff are always on hand to help you out.
