us their highest rating. In fact, at our last inspection we
achieved the highest rating in four of the five inspection
categories, which means Bedford College is recognised as
one of the best providers of further and higher education in the

And the College’s success is your son or
daughter’s success: in 2011 our A-Level students achieved a
98% pass rate, with 49% achieving the highest
grades (A* - C). In addition, students on Level 3 BTEC courses
achieved a pass rate of 97%, with again almost
half (47%) achieving the highest grades (Distinction and
Merit).
Our recent results across A-Levels and Level 3
courses have been fantastic, and they’re getting better. Our
success and pass rates are improving, and are consistently
above the national average.
