Hell's Kitchen style challenge!
Heart Breakfast radio presenters Tony and Emma will find
themselves in a Hell’s Kitchen style challenge at Bedford
College on Friday 26 February.
Things will be hotting up as they attempt to serve
some quality cuisine under the watchful eye of Head of Hospitality
and legendary local chef Raj Mandal.
More used to leading teams of young catering students towards
international awards, Raj has been giving Tony and Emma some basic
catering tips so they can compete in the cook-off.
Guests at the special dinner will judge for themselves who has
turned out the best in the sizzling stakes.
The event will be broadcast on Heart’s website and a competition to
win tables at the show will broadcast on air during the week of the
event.
Tickets can also be bought in advance at the Skyline
restaurant with monies going toward the Have a Heart appeal
and the Chef’s Inter City Challenge charity.
