Colleges Week!
The Mayor of Bedford stopped by Bedford College's Colleges Week
stand in the Harpur Shoppping Centre as Bedford College beauty
students gave mini-manicures to shoppers.
Bedford College celebrated national Colleges Week by staging a
three day event in the Harpur Centre, Bedford, where people of all
ages could learn about learning.
Part and full-time
courses, evening classes, business and
professional qualifications are all available on the riverside
campus of Bedford College.
“One in ten people in Bedford have at one time or another been
students at Bedford College. This access to further and higher
education has enhanced people’s work and life experiences. At no
time has this been more important,” explains Director of Sales and
Marketing Sarah Baxter.
“Everyone can benefit from seeing what career options are open
to them if they have the right qualifications and what promotions
can be won with professional training. Just pop along and see us at
the Harpur Centre during normal shopping hours from
Wednesday 11 to Friday 13 November - and find out how
this could be lucky for everyone.”
