Tom Kay, Director of Professional and People
Services, said:
“Being a great student is only part of what
makes a successful career: we also need great employers. We work
with a wide range of local and national employers to provide
realistic work experience and to develop new courses. Many
employers give up their time to offer careers advice and share
unique industry expertise. We thank them for their marvellous
contribution to the success of Bedford College students.
“This has been a particularly good year for
staff at Bedford College. As a result of their excellent
teaching and management, OFSTED have rated the College grade 1 or
Outstanding. That puts us among the very best colleges in the
country.
"Congratulations to all our students and to
the staff who made that success possible.”
*Newsflash 24 June: Bedford College has been made a Beacon
College by the Government - indicating it is one of the best FE
