Catering Associate Lecturer &
Technician
When I first came to Bedford College I had only just moved to
England from the Ukraine. I spoke very little English and so came
to the College to learn to speak the language. 10 years later and I
am still here but now teaching sugar craft!
Back in the Ukraine I used to be a primary school teacher and so
getting back to the point where I can teach in the UK is something
extremely important to me. As well as studying English at the
College I also completed various teaching qualifications which have
given me the opportunity to teach sugar craft. I also work as a
catering technician which is great as I work within a fantastic
team.
