In this role you will you will be expected to provide administrative support and a high quality admissions experience for all learners. You need to have a high level of customer service and the ability to communicate effectively both face to face and over the phone. Enquiries & Guidance Adviser

Career graded to £20,500 subject to qualification and experience

The Enquiries & Guidance team provide Matrix accredited pre entry information, advice and guidance to potential students of the College, so good communication skills - both face to face and on the phone - are essential. You will have experience in providing advice and guidance in a customer service environment and excellent administrative skills. As this is a career graded role there will be great training opportunities.

Student Safe Team Member

£6.50 per hour

Temporary to 6 July 2012

Work Pattern: Monday – Friday 8.00am – 3.30pm

(35 hours a week term time)

We are looking for special people to join our Student Safe Team whose priority is to provide a welcoming environment for all students and visitors to the College. In this job, you to help us to provide a high level of customer service to all College users by actively engaging with students, staff and visitors to ensure that everyone is safe and secure. You will need to be professional and flexible in your approach to this varied role and a SIA licence is desirable.
