Visas

All students must apply for entry clearance before travelling to the UK and must be in receipt of an unconditional offer on a course.

The course must be a weekday course involving attendance at one institution for a minimum of 15 hours organised daytime study per week.

It is Bedford College’s policy that you pay all fees for your course before a visa letter is written.  We do not provide for payment in instalments, and a letter can only be issued once full payment has been made. This can take up to two working days after payment has been received.

For more information on this process please call (+44) (0)1234 291000.

For more information about applying for your student visa please see our useful links and UKCISA immigration guidance notes.

Bedford College has attained a sponsor license for recruitment of Tier 2 (general) and Tier 4 (students), which is now required by law for any institution wishing to recruit from outside the EEA.

The UK Border Agency has issued this licence with immediate effect for general (T2) and with effect from 1 August for students (T4).

The licence is valid for four years, and the licence number is RH6AY0075 and we have Highly Trusted Status.
