Bedford College is a welcoming and friendly environment where

Bedford College has been running English
language courses for international students for over 40 years and
offers a range of full-time and part-time English language courses
for international students throughout the year. Our well-qualified
and experienced English language tutors encourage active
participation and will work with you in a supportive and highly
focussed atmosphere to ensure that your individual needs are
met.
To ensure individual attention, the average
class size is up to 12 students and classes are usually no larger
than 15.
Full-time classes are for a minimum of 15
hours per week, and part-time classes are offered between 3
and 6 hours per week, daytime and evenings.

IELTS preparatory courses several times a year.
Courses are offered on a flexible basis so
that students can enrol throughout the year.
We offer EFL
courses at five levels and lead to the following Cambridge Main
Suite examinations:
- Cambridge University Key English Test
(Elementary level)
- Cambridge University Preliminary English Test
(Low Intermediate level)
- Cambridge University First Certificate in
English (High Intermediate level)
- Cambridge University Certificate in Advanced
English (Advanced level)
- Cambridge University Certificate of
Proficiency in English (Advanced Plus level)
- International English Language Testing System
(IELTS)
Bedford College also offers an EFL summer
school.
EFL courses are delivered in the centrally based Skills Bank on
Bedford High Street, which means that all town facilities are right
on your doorstep.
