NVQs
National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs) are employer training
qualifications designed to recognise your staff's competence in the
workplace.
NVQ training courses have a clear focus on providing the
vocational knowledge and skills your staff need to apply to their
particular job role in your business sector, be it construction,
business, hairdressing, social care, IT, or catering.
NVQ training is assessed in the workplace through observation of
job performance, evaluation of evidence and questioning by the NVQ
training assessor. Bedford College's NVQ assessors work flexible
hours to provide training at times to suit your working patterns or
shifts.
